I worked as an Administrative Assistant for a Property management company for two years. During my time with them, my task was to assign work orders to the technician using Outlook, Whatsapp, GPS, or the Pruvan application. I also got the tenant's information in Vendor Cafe, Salesforce, Darwin Homes, Progress, and Firstkey. I sent the customer's information to the technician and also the tasks that they needed to do in a certain house.
If the work order is completed, they send pictures through WhatsApp, GPS, Pruvan, and Outlook. I send the pictures through Outlook with the corresponding prices and percentages for the client to see how much they need to pay the technician.
I also respond to inquiries via chat in WhatsApp and dial pad if they can't contact the customer using the phone number provided in the information. So, I will send a message to the vendor in Outlook and ask for another contact number where the technician can call the tenant.
