Hi, my name is ---------- Uy ---------- ; you can call me Uyet. I recently completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In my spare time, I enjoy playing with my son and spending quality time with my family. 
I worked as an Administrative Assistant for a Property management company for two years. During my time with them, my task was to assign work orders to the technician using Outlook, Whatsapp, GPS, or the Pruvan application. I also got the tenant's information in Vendor Cafe, Salesforce, Darwin Homes, Progress, and Firstkey. I sent the customer's information to the technician and also the tasks that they needed to do in a certain house. 
If the work order is completed, they send pictures through WhatsApp, GPS, Pruvan, and Outlook. I send the pictures through Outlook with the corresponding prices and percentages for the client to see how much they need to pay the technician. 
I also respond to inquiries via chat in WhatsApp and dial pad if they can't contact the customer using the phone number provided in the information. So, I will send a message to the vendor in Outlook and ask for another contact number where the technician can call the tenant. 
We are using Outlook to send emails, WhatsApp for updates and inquiries, and Dial-Pad to call and text the tenant for an appointment. I also use the GPS application and PRuvan, where I assign the work orders. We use Vendor Cafe, First Key, Progress, Darwin Homes, and Salesforce to get tenant information and orders. We also use Excel, where we put all the work orders for easy access. I know how to use Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, and Microsoft Teams.
I'm a fast learner. I know how to communicate important details, information, ideas, and challenges effectively. I'm a good listener, open-minded, and respectful. I have the initiative to do something that needs to be done without being asked to do it and Work beyond the call of duty to meet goals. I am hardworking. I make sure to work as hard as I can because I want to give my clients the quality of work they deserve.
