I have been working since I graduated from college. I took and passed the civil service eligibility exam so I could apply for jobs not related to my course. Fortunately, I got hired even though I didn't meet their requirements. To complement my lack of background in such jobs, I saw to it that I work with utmost efficiency and accuracy. To be able to do so, I continue to educate myself and I never stopped learning different tasks. This way I will be more competitive.
I was trained to provide excellent customer service and through the years, I learned how to use Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point).
