I'm an Ecom Operations Manager and EA with 5+ years running the full backend of scaling ecom brands from DTC and dropshipping to subscription models.

eCommerce Operations is my core focus:

- Operations & Systems: I build SOPs from scratch, set up Notion and ClickUp systems, run daily P&L reporting, manage EOD/EOW team reporting, and track KPIs across the business so nothing falls through the cracks and the founder is never the bottleneck.

- Supply Chain & Inventory: I handle manufacturer and supplier communication, factory research, 3PL and logistics coordination, stock monitoring, and shipment arrangement - end to end.

- CEO & Executive Support: I manage calendars, inboxes, and communications, serve as gatekeeper, handle hiring and contracts, process team payments, write daily executive summaries, and coordinate onboarding across teams of 10+.

- Finance & Admin: I handle cash accounting, invoice categorization, bank reconciliation, Shopify payout verification, and monthly overhead tracking across tools, team, and agencies.

- Funnel Building: I build advertorial and listicle landing pages on Funnelish and GemPages, from competitor research to full page build. Funnels I've worked on carried $134K+ in ad spend at 2.10x ROAS.

- Hiring & Team Support: I research and source talent, post job ads on OnlineJobs.ph and Upwork, and present top candidates, saving founders time while ensuring quality hires.

Additional strengths in outreach & lead generation:
- Cold Outreach Systems: I build end-to-end outreach systems using Instantly, including SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup for perfect email deliverability, lead database building, and full SOP documentation.

- CRM & Lead Gen Tools: Skilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Salesforce for contact list management and outreach support.
