I worked as quality assurance staff in one of the publishing companies here in our city. Being in the quality control department, it is our duty to ensure 100% good quality service we give to our client. Working with our client is very challenging for me since they give us only few instructions and it's up to us on how we could interpret it as to how they would want it to be.
