Profile Description

I had been in software development for more than 20 years now. Needless to say, I'm very familiar with the software development life cycle. I have handled projects from start to finish. I worked in different industries like health care, telecommunications and finance among others. Maintaining existing systems is also not new to me. I had created functional specs that's presented to both users and managers. I am familiar with database management, flow charts, and SQL query optimization. I'm familiar in using MS office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, and MS Project. I'm also familiar with Google Suite like Google Sheets, Calendar, Google Drive and the like. I have experience creating wireframes and mockups using Balsamiq Mockups.  I also have HR-related experience like setting up and documenting employee benefits and company SOPs, recruitment, and hiring process. I'm currently working as an Operations Administrator and using both technical and administrative skills in assisting my boss to do what he loves to do.
