I was working as a Chat support for more than 2 years now, I handle technical issues that deals with IPTV, HSIA and VOIP issues. Customer service is part of the job description where we have to get the highest rate for E-mail surveys which is part of our scores that we have to maintain, together with the customer repeat rate and average handling time.
