I have extensive experience in Web Development support background, which includes creating WordPress and e-Commerce websites, frequently asked questions, operations manual, and tutorials. I also manage projects and customer service using ticket systems.My recent 3-month project was with a start-up company focused on creating tutorials and how-to guide documentation for customer ---------- is in line with Google application such as Gmail, Calendar, Calendar integrations to Calendly, etc. Furthermore, I assisted in building project roadmap in sales, project management, and discovery report i.e. a business analysis for revamping website project.I was highly recommended by my previous employer to assist and manage website related project management to her CEO friends.On a lighter note, I enjoy mountain biking because it gives me a mixture of calmness and excitement; a needed stress reliever.
