Profile Description

I am a registered physical therapist, nurse and midwife.
I have worked as a nurse for about five years and has been assigned to 3 different special areas in one complex--Operating Room, Delivery Room, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
For two years, I have been the Acting Head Nurse of this complex.
I adapt well to changing environment and situations.
I also developed the ability to exercise judgement to solve operational problems where the answer is not apparent.
Working as a Head of the department I also exercised my skill in supervising personnel which includes delegating responsibilities, training and evaluating performance. I also have the skill to set priorities according to the relative importance of job responsibilities.
I also passed my IELTS exam with an over-all band score of 8 which shows my proficiency in listening, reading, writing and speaking english. I am competent in using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
