My experience in social media management was for less than a year. I am responsible in posting content different social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. I did some LinkedIn work but it was more about getting leads. Here’s what I learned from my work in the social media: Every business person should use the social media to engage with their customers. Not only social media puts your business in front of your customers but it will help you know what your customers want and understand their buying and resisting beliefs. The key to social medial is engagement. The only way you can understand your customers is to build a relationship with them. Relationship is the key!

I started learning WordPress form a client who hired me to post articles submitted to her by some affiliates and I started Googling how –to’s videos. I created this site with a friend, we worked together to learn WordPress and happy with the results of our work which is FreebiesPH.com. Now I can create websites, install hosting and WordPress and understands how I can make it look better with themes. I am also learning Optimize Press 2.0, which is a really powerful theme! I call it the God of themes!
