I am most confident in Customer Service, Technical Support, Data Entry and Article Writing. I have so much to brag about handling customer service and Technical Support as I am an experienced Technical Support and Customer Service for 2 years. As Support professional, I am well trained in handling customers' concerns, answering customer queries ensuring 100% satisfaction and issue resolution. I'm also an experienced Team Manager being able to handle a team with more or less 15 members. My role is to ensure that I get to have my members work efficiently and get the numbers we needed to achieve our goals. I also look into their behaviors so I can ensure that we achieve our goals in a consistent level.
Both Data Entry and Article writing are both my hobbies thus I am inclined in writing articles anything under the sun. I can write articles depending on the topic that is being thrown to me and I am confident that I have always exceeded what was expected of me.
