Profile Description

Most of the technical knowledge I currently possess is due to my own self-learning through the years that I have practiced my craft. If there is something that stumps me, I will never give up until I figure it out. I am a very intuitive person when it comes to logic and I am able to apply that to my job.
Outside of my technical skills, I can do basic encoding and have a good command of the English language. I was able to use this in my short stint in the Business Process Outsourcing industry.
I also have a good grasp on MS Word, Excel (Macros, Pivots and Tables), Powerpoint, and Adobe Photoshop.
Taking care of sometimes several customers in a day requires time-management, which I have come to enjoy and have a good understanding of. This will also help me with my deliverables for any employer that will take me on.
I am a personable, positive individual who is focused and motivated to do well with what I currently do. Should I be hired, I can assure you that I will not give less than 100% at any given time for any task given me.
