I have worked for an online company for more than 12 years now. I have been to the technical department for at least 10 years and 2 years for the billing department. With the technical side, we do assist customers with any of their issues online that includes problems accessing websites, unable to connect to the internet, problems with their computers, etc. With the billing side, we assist members on signing up for an account online, handling compromised accounts, problems with their credit cards due to some charges, providing credits, and explaining about the charges made on their account. I also have basic knowledge with html since I have created some of my websites in the past.
