I am currently employed in one of the BPO company here in the Phils.
I'm on my 6th year already in a BPO company and it is just my second company on where I am working right now.
I'm good in all Microsoft Office Tools and I can do typing and taking at the same time.
My average call time handling is 3 mins and 20 secs.
I am working as a Senior Process Assoc.
I am not sure if it is relevant but I am very much willing to learn how is it working.
