I do have more than 3 years of working experience as a Virtual Assistant in the Australian real estate industry, particularly in property management. The most recent one was as an Executive Assistant / Virtual Property Management Assistant for McGrath Estate Agents Australia for more than 2 years and having this position, I was responsible for:
• Assisting the property managers and business development managers in their daily tasks
• Scheduling calendars and inspections
• Processing rental applications
• Drafting residential tenancy agreements
• Processing invoices and bills
• Collecting rental payments
• Preparing Comparative Market Analysis reports monthly rent reviews
• Monitoring sales, listings, renewals
• Adding up new properties in our system
• Communicating with the owners and tenants regarding their properties' compliances and inspections, etc.
I also worked as a Virtual Tenancy Administrator at Harcourts Property People - Campbelltown, New South Wales Australia for 11 months.
