Profile Description

My last job was a customer service representative in a life insurance company. I assisted clients with their policies and at the same time helped them understand how their policy works. Having spent my formative years and studied in New Jersey, it made it easier for both parties to understand each other. I have also worked in a freight company in New York where I had to keep track and made sure all shipments arrive on time and update all clients for the status of their shipment. Having dealt with different people, it taught me that every client has different needs and that each interaction should be personalized.
I am also an experienced data encoder and article research. I was hired by professors and students to write articles, essays, thesis and reports for academic purposes. I worked with a specific topic and time line to meet the demands of the customer. I am at times provided the information on the topic I am to write about, but mostly, I am required to be the one to research for the content of the article, report or thesis. I proofread every article I compose.
I am a very hard working individual and has excellent time management skills. I can fully understand instructions and requirements to deliver customer demands efficiently. I'm an obsessive-compulsive which prevents me from doing mediocre jobs. I want a long term job which can help me support my studies and at the same time help your company grow.
