I'm confident that I will be one of the best customer service representatives you will have with the knowledge and skills I earned from my company now. I started as an outbound agent selling and setting appointments for different types of businesses based in US.
After being one of the top performers, I was assigned on a new campaign/account of an e-commerce company based in India where in I became a customer service representative of different companies. It was a multi-tasking account supporting customers who send emails, make calls and comes on live chat support.
It was a multi-tasking account catering queries of customers through calls, chats and emails at the same time for different websites such as an online drug store; poker site, Furniture Company and many more.
After being a customer service representative, due to my awesome performance, I was promoted as a Team leader. I've been a Team leader handling and supervising outbound sales campaign for 3 years now and still growing and learning to be a good leader for my team.
