I've been doing technical troubleshooting over the phone and remote access for almost four years now. I'm currently employed as an offshore technical helpdesk analyst for Xerox. I like to read books and write articles at times. I can do proof reading but not an expert. I'm fast at typing and strongly believe I can be good at data entry data mining and research. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science though I may need to take classes again to study what I learned 4 years ago. I'm a Professional Civil Service Exam passer. I took the exam last 2011. I can do work with minimum or no supervision. I'm fond of learning new things. I'm arms wide open when it comes to challenges. I think more but speak less.
