To allow agents at all levels to learn from agent style differences, and gives exposure to different levels of agent technical expertise. If the coaching process is approached as an opportunity for improvement and with open communication, agent’s strengths can become stronger, improvements can be readily achieved and it is a win-win situation for everyone involved.
I also worked for a real estate firm (Wells Realty and Law Groups). I received training for MyOutdesk and I am holding a position as an Executive Virtual Assistant.
