Profile Description
I've been a technical support specialist for linksys by cisco customers for Networking devices like routers, switches, modems, adapters, printservers, specialty and storage devices. After 3 years I move to web content, I maintain/check the site for linksys as well as the content like the articles to help customer's online.
During this time I also study CCNA to further enhance my knowledge in routing and switching. I also attended a Business Writing Workshop.
