I have experienced being an online creative article writer and re-writer and content writer as well for a year. I am a Registered Nurse/Certified Intravenous (IV) Therapist and i hope to share the quality of work and client care that I was trained during the years of study and practice. I make t-shirt designs and logos from acquaintances and also photo editing. i make powerpoint presentations and video editing. I am a Facebook enthusiast. I am online 24/7, and i love to post links, images, news, ads and videos that i see quite interesting; and i love to tag and share it with people. I have been a customer service representative in one of the US phone companies here at Qualfon Dumaguete Philippines. I was trained to provide satisfying costumer service to different types of customers with different races. Irate customers are very much expected and welcomed. The goal is to identify customers' wants and provide for their needs. I have excellent call handling skills that gives satisfaction to every customer.
