First of all, I'm a graduate of Information Technology in Bulacan State University here in the Philippines so in that case I can assure you that I'm knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Internet Navigation, Web Browsing, Basic software, hardware and internet troubleshooting. After I graduated, I had some trainings in call centers and did find out that I can support customers via forums in troubleshooting their products and helping them in some issues and I actually like that set up. I'm also good in searching for anything in the internet because I do have a lot of patience and also I can type no less than 45 WPM.
