My name is Jerard C Tamonlang, 24 years old and a Graduate of the University of the Philippines (Mindanao). I worked before with RareJob Philippines Incorporated as an Online English tutor. Main job’s to teach and enhance Japanese proficiency when it comes to the English language.
I also worked with 2 of the biggest and well known Call Centers in the Philippines, namely: Convergys and Teleperfomance. I handled technical accounts which are AT&T related and solve customer’s issues and concerns regarding devices, malwares and software’s. I also worked as a customer sales/ support in Travelocity and Expedia. Which are the biggest travel agency in the world-which caters to different customer need like Flight, Hotels, Car rentals and Cruises. Now, I’m looking for a great opportunity Online which will compensate the experience and trainings I had with my previous Job’s.
