I am currently connected with a contact center company as a Technical Support Representative. 40% of the my job is for technical stuffs, 40% for sales and the remaining is for customer service related concerns. I do handle alot of sales pitch with our customers since it is part of our metric. I also take care of irate customers and empathize upset ones. I was once a theater performer and later on a dance choreographer. Currently my interest and skills are into online jobs..
