I am currently working in a BPO center as Remote Dialer Administrator that supports collection operations by providing feedback and recommendation to improve their dialing strategies and to help them meet their goals. I have an experience in utilizing different platforms use for everyday operation like CRS Procomm, SecureCRT, IVR and Aspect. It also includes generating campaign reports, updating calendars for tracking purposes, scanning/uploading & activation of campaigns, reviewing/scheduling of IVR/Aspect/Dialer campaigns, etc. I perform compliance checking to ensure it follows company policies, account investigation, troubleshooting and resolving issues, handling POC concerns, strategy planning and do proper escalation procedures when the need arises. I have basic knowledge in HTML, VBScript, Adobe Photoshop, Networking and Office Applications especially in Excel.
