During my college years, I've done some documentations for the Physical Education Department as I volunteered to become a student assistant for one school year. Most of the documentations pertains to quarterly reports on activities conducted by the department and the corresponding expenses of the said activity. As an Information management student, I am knowledgeable in using office programs such as MS Word, Powerpoint, Access, Excel, and Publisher. I have also acquired sufficient knowledge on programming languages such as java, PHP, SQL and visual basic. Far from being an expert in programming, I am a person willing to learn more and enhance my skills in these programming languages as it is widely used today by the tech industry. I am capable of using photoshop programs in designing visual graphics. As of the current period, I am learning how to use Microsoft Expression softwares through online free tutorials and hopefully be able to integrate all there is that i will be learning into my experience as an IT graduate and be able to use such skill properly. During my junior and senior years, i was the team project manager for our thesis which enabled me to practice my management and interpersonal skills as i worked with my colleagues.
In the working aspect, since I am a fresh graduate, I cannot really say that I am competent since there is or are no benchmarks that I would compare myself into. However, I can honestly say to myself that I get my tasks done at the soonest possible time. Overstating is not part of my working behavior, I just work and get things done and make myself available for more work that are possible to be delegated to me.
