Profile Description

I had a good experience in trouble shooting laptops. I was trained as a pioneering team for a technical support agent from a BPO company for Asus Laptops.
I may have not acquired all knowledge about computers but I learn fast and I love tech stuff especially gaming.
I was also working as a junior engineer for a year and four months in Electrical department in Linde Engineering AG , Munich Germany.
I was assigned in two projects working on cable lines and cross checking of documents.
I also served as a personal assistant for the senior engineer on my second project. I was also assigned in editing documents for both projects. I know Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
I can communicate well in English.
