This diverse and dynamic organization has enabled me to develop my skills in business development and operations (being able to talk to large companies for finance and activity partnership and creating business marketing strategies and external positioning for product/brand augmentation), project management (being able to organize an international volunteer based advocacy in Davao for the Environment), Human Resource Management (being the Vice President for Talent Management 2010-2011), global youth entrepreneurship (being able to be trained by UBS, DHL, HULT, PEPSICO, AC NIELSEN, JCI), team management and leadership (being able to lead and facilitate huge initiatives for the organization). Indeed, my academic learnings along with my strong background in co-curricular involvement made me develop my skills and enliven the five competencies of AIESEC; entrepreneurial outlook, global mindset, social responsibility, pro-active learning, and emotional intelligence; making me more geared up to any professional responsibility thereof.
