I've actually worked for an American telecommunication company as a customer service representative before. We handle billing inquiries, disputes, and assist them on any problems that involves service and product information. I've handled them pretty well and have garnered outstanding surveys from customers.
I do personal reviews on books and movies as well. I posted them online however, that website is short lived due to my busy schedule when I was in college.
I never undergo intensive training on editing photos or lay outing but I learn them by personal experience. Surfing on websites with video instructions on how to do various editing techniques with the use of Adobe Photoshop (which is the only photo editing or lay outing software that I have at home) allows me to master the art of photo editing and lay outing. With that experience, I was able to produce a lot of photos with abstract and colorful portrait and three posters for our seminar during my college days. It was acknowledge by my instructor and colleagues.
Lastly, I'm a fast transcriber.
