Profile Description

I am a licensed teacher. I was graduated by Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila with a degree in BSE Major in English. I have a year's worth of experience teaching English to Koreans of all levels (beginner-intermediate). I joined a BPO company in 2005 and started as an inbound agent. I got promoted as an email specialist after 4 months and was promoted as a Team Leader a year after I joined the company. I was promoted in 2010 as a Senior Team Manager and currently handles a UK Telecom account.
I can say that I have a more than adequate level of experience in managing people. I have exposure in customer service-oriented industry whether calls or offline. I know how to deal with customers and clients as well as manage people to optimize their performance. I am well-versed with MS Office tools specifically word and excel.
I like photography, music, and anything technology related. I always read tech news and blogs and keep myself informed in business, sports and current events.
