My 7-year stint in the BPO industry, specifically in the call center business, provided me with abilities that are in demand today. I am knowledgeable in software including Microsoft application such EXCEL, WORD and POWER POINT. I have superb interpersonal, leadership, communication , problem solving and coaching skills which were developed from my experience as an able WFM Specialist. The previous online jobs that i had also equipped me with skills in press release writing and SEOs.
Below is a brief summary of the tasks i carry out in my current work as a WFM Specialist:
• Real Time Management of Service Level for all centers
• Indirectly, manages all Lines of Business from all centers in making sure SL and AHT are achieved based on the contracted metrics
• Periodically coordinates with client contacts to ensure that Sykes WFM practices reflect the standards of the client
• Manages team member performance by coaching members, creating, and maintaining development plans and encouraging individual employee participation in decision-making through data utilization and analysis.
• Ensures that the EMT Personnel have the knowledge, skills and equipment required to carry out their function effectively and efficiently through regular coaching and feedback.
• Analyze statistical trends and formulate/implement action plans to ensure continuous improvement
• Analyze daily volume trend, AHT, and SL in relation to its effect to monthly revenues
• Provides technical specialized input to clients
• Plans and develops center performance commitments every beginning of each cycle to ensure center achieves client specified performance metrics
