I was working as a Level 3 Technical Support for an Australian ISP and I have learned a lot through my job, from simple computer applications, troubleshooting, email service up to posting articles in forums. I have done a lot of appointment settings and emails for my clients to help them resolve whatever problem they have for their subscription,be it a line issue or a computer issue. One important thing that I learned from my job is also to become flexible, that way you can easily adopt to changes and be able to work in a fast paced environment without having any difficulty in the process.
