3.Technical Skill- I've been dealing with technical issues for 2 years now and it has been
improving my computer knowledge. With this, I know how to resolve internet issues, my proficiency in the Microsoft office tools has also been enhanced , and dealing with both hardware and software applications has been made easy for me.
