Profile Description

My job experience in the BPO (business process outsourcing) industry involves 3 years in internet/computer technical support, 2 years in collections and 1 year in customer service. I have gone up the ranks starting as an agent. I have spearheaded training, and I have been promoted as a supervisor, a manager and an associate vice president.
Majoring in computer science, I can handle any and all aspects of computer troubleshooting, networks, website development and programming. I have won awards in math competitions, general information quiz bees, and programming. I was also the editor-in-chief of my university student publication, having won copy reading and writing awards. I also also held the chairman position of my university student council. These skills and experiences have helped me become an invaluable employee and leader throughout my professional career.
In all my employment experiences, I have been given numerous responsibilities and I particularly excelled in problem solving and developing systems for training and operations.
