I had been a call center (BPO) representative for 3 years, worked with different companies and was given different tasks on each one of them. I had been connected to an online travel agency where I booked flight, hotel, car, vacation package reservations for my customers over the phone. I was also connected to a company where I assisted authors in self-publishing their books. Another one I worked for was a healthcare insurance where I needed to discuss with my customers their benefits as well as their premiums, etc. Lastly, the latest one that I was connected to had me answer inquiries on their phone plans, also helped them troubleshoot their phones for basic problems, and answered their billing inquiries. That said, I can say that I've undergone training under different fields of businesses and each time, I've never had any problems.
I will be much interested to work as a virtual assistant, may it be part time or full time.
