a Virtual Assistant in a real estate company dealing with short sale, bank owned and HUD Homes. In line with the position mentioned, I have had experienced adding listing to MLS, wordpress, postlets and craigslist. Also, I fill out BPO forms, pull up comparables, call lenders for status updates, and email marketing. Also, I have been a part time craigslist poster and have been creating ads for apple products. Web browsing, researching and Microsoft office application is never a challenge to me. Also, I have worked as a customer service representative, assigned in eBay transactions. I am fluent in carrying out all necessary office tasks and responsibilities. I am a good implementer and a fast learner. I work fast and can handle many different projects at once. I am highly communicative-both with clients and supervisors-and believe I would make a great asset to your team.
