I was in the department where if the clients have Internet trouble we should be able to fix it,
no transfer to another department.
The other half of it spent in another company as Tier 2 Tech and Customer Service combined.
I had to make sure clients for a particular ISP in the US get off the phone with an Internet/Email/Security issues fixed.
