I am a computer graduate and previously worked as a technical service representative for more than 2 years.In that experience I used different kinds of computer applications necessary for the job.
I know basic computer knowledge,MS Office 2007/10, internet skill,troubleshooting internet connection issues, email(0utlook2000/2007/2010, OWA, exchange servers,other email client).I am also proficient in writing and verbal skills. I find computer applications interesting so I get to learn it fast.
