HR Supervisor
° HR Supervisor/VA Tem Leader: My tasks were assist the team on their task assignments, preparing KPI reports, conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff, assisting managers and directors with staff requirements, reviewing and approving the teams' timesheets before submitying to payroll dept /set up meetings and appointments for the CEO via Zoom, Bitrix and Google Meet. I handle the recruitment process. I create, prepare and send service provision contracts and letters of engagement to candidates, screen CVs and conduct interviews, source candidates on different platforms like Upwork, Indeed, and Upgrade to see actual info. Update the list of service providers with their information and salary rates.
Database Manager
• Managing our CRM which is Podio and REI Simple
• Sending email and sms ( blast and individual) – Tools: Automated REI and Gmass
• Scraping/ skiptracing – Zillow, Propstream, TPS, FPS
• Evaluating cold caller’s call on Mojo
• Doing run comps and preparing an offer
• Finding buyers and sellers
• Marketing our property that is under a contract through Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook and email
• Uploading different lists to cold call on Mojo
• Scheduling/sending ringless voicemail using Slybroadcast  

Airbnb chat support and assistant of the CEO:
• Communicating with clients and answering questions via Airbnb messaging app
• Scheduling and managing the housekeeping calendar to adequately cover demand
• Reminding of the bills and credit cards due date
Social Media Manager
 • Managing my clients' social media accounts, posting, commenting to get more engagement.

 I am familiar with different google applications, different CRMs like Trello, Upgrade to see actual info, Bitrix, Asana, Zoho, Podio, FreedomSoft, and Active Campaign, and other software like Canva, Photoshop, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gmass, Snovio, Apollo i.o and many more.
