Profile Description

I am a professional teacher. I worked as a Faculty Member in St. Paul School for two school years. My experiences as a Homeroom Adviser helped me in my personal and moral growth. My teaching experiences enhanced my knowledge in my field of expertise, since I handled three major subjects; English, my major subject, Filipino, and Asian History. After two consecutive school years, I decided to venture on a new career. That’s when I started working in a BPO company.
I’ve been working as a consultant/customer service associate for almost four years now. My long years of stay in our company enhance my communication and computer skills. I am trained to do multiple functions such as handling calls, customer service, and order processing. I become “multi-tasking” person. I learn a lot about computer because of my hands on and experiences. I become good at its different programs and functionalities, like Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel, and the like.
I am always dedicated to everything I do. I also make sure that I help in the progress of the company that I am working for.
