G – Goldmine discovery and expansion
We’ll see what your direct and indirect competitors are already doing in their stores for us to identify what specific layout resonates with your target audience. Doing this will allow us to perfectly position the product based on what they want and not based on how amazing we think the product is.

R – Roadmap and prototyping
After gaining clarity with what design and layout resonate with the target audience, we will create an interactive mockup using our Shopify Partner Account.

D – Development and optimization
Site mockup application to the actual store, and further testing.
