Profile Description

My occupational experience includes seven years in human resource and development in the areas of recruitment and selection, psychological evaluation, training, and office productivity improvement. I also spent a year as a part-time college instructor. These jobs involved a lot of planning, analysis and report-writing. My employers were W.D. Scott Phils., Inc, a management consulting firm, San Miguel Corporation, a food and beverage company, and Holy Cross of Davao College.
Academic highlights include graduating with honors with the degree of Bachelor of Arts, major in Psychology, from the Ateneo de Manila University, one of the most prestigious universities
in Asia.
I enjoyed four years of full scholarship.
It might be of interest to you that I also spent six years as a group aerobic instructor with Slim and Trim, a fitness center. I am also a self-taught baker, running a bake-and-sell business from home, learning recipes and marketing strategies from books and the internet. I am the mother of three girls, all honor students, whom I tutor myself.
I have a sharp and analytical mind. I have a passion for reading, learning, and teaching. With the ability for self-direction, study, and discipline, I can work with minimum supervision. Interests include
health and fitness promotion (and related subject matter like wellness, nutrition, exercise, yoga, and the like), mental health and interventions, parenting, and baking.
