payment, walked them through with the different payment options and facilitated
trouble shooting
if ever the websites of online payments are down.
Aside from that, I answer queries pertaining to their outstanding balances.
I am deeply dedicated with all my responsibilities and won't deliver half baked work. I consider myself an extra-miler and considers my job as an extension of my whole self.
