As a Marketing Assistant in the banking industry I have a strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance especially in a fast-paced environment. I have organized and managed investment maturity schedules, maintained accurate records, coordinated client follow-ups, prepared documentation, and ensured timely processing while adhering to banking policies and procedures.

I started my career as a reservations specialist for Hilton Hotels through a BPO company and my role was not limited to making reservations for clients but also addressing customer’s inquiries/concerns and upselling products and services while making sure clients had a smooth and positive experience. And after almost a year of being a customer service represantative for Hilton Hotels, I became a Client Service Associate and Marketing Assistant for Bdo Unibank Inc. where I assists clients with account opening, placements, inquiries and after-sales support, while also helping promote banking products and services. Through these experiences I’ve built strong skills in client handling.
