I have a very good familiarity with computers and Internet.
I have adequate Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, Powerpoint), Layouting and Designing using Adobe Photoshop Cs3 ,Video Editing using Windows Movie Maker and Nero.
My first job experience was being a Billing Assistant/ Customer Service and Company Nurse in a Car Company ( Isuzu Cagayan de Oro City). I was trained in billing and service processing using different Microsoft Office applications and programs. Excellent customer service skills was needed in that job in handling customers with complaints and specific car problems. I was able to share my knowledge and skills in making banners and videos for the Isuzu Service Team in programs and gatherings witihin the company.
Then for 2 years, I worked as a Registered Nurse and it helped me hone my nursing skills and interpersonal skills. I was able to apply my knowledge in Client/Patient Advocacy
Basic First Aid and nursing care procedures,Parent/Patient/FamilyEducation,Case Management,Managerial and Leadership skills (Planning, Organizing, Staffing etc.). I am very much used to flexible work schedules.
I am Hardworking and energetic, flexible and verstatile, I can adapt easily to change of environment and work schedule. I am a fast learner and I am willing to be trained.
