Profile Description

I am a licensed Pharmacist with more than 10 years of experience in pharmacy practice, public health, healthcare data management, inventory control, and patient education. Throughout my career, I have developed strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills while working in both private and government healthcare settings.

I began my career in 2015 as a Store Pharmacist, where I was responsible for inventory management, ensuring medicine stocks matched both physical and system records, monitoring expiration dates, and providing patient counseling on the safe and proper use of medications.

I also served as a part-time college instructor at Tagum Doctors College, where I shared my knowledge and experience with future healthcare professionals.

In 2019, I joined the Department of Health as a Public Health Assistant. My primary responsibility was managing and analyzing health data from 40 barangays in Panabo City, Davao del Norte. I handled monthly reports for various public health programs, including Maternal Health, Child Care, Women of Reproductive Age, Non-Communicable Diseases, Morbidity, Mortality, and Pneumonia Cases. I also prepared data analyses and quarterly reports that supported program monitoring and decision-making.

In 2022, I was promoted to Public Health Pharmacist in the same agency. My responsibilities include conducting monthly medicine inventory audits at Rural Health Units (RHUs), providing technical assistance on the Electronic Logistics Management Information System (eLMIS), counseling patients on the proper use of medications, and conducting seminars and training on the proper handling and storage of vaccines.

I am detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized. I am proficient in data entry, inventory management, report preparation, Microsoft Office applications, and healthcare documentation. I am always eager to learn new tools and technologies, and I am committed to delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality work.
