I am a Customer Support Specialist with nearly 6 years of experience providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat. Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills while working in fast-paced environments. I take pride in delivering positive customer experiences and building trust through professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

In addition to my customer service background, I have 4 months of experience as an Amazon Listing Virtual Assistant, where I assisted with creating and managing product listings, maintaining accurate product information, and supporting daily eCommerce operations. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, organization, and ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

I am also a Management Accounting graduate with a solid foundation in accounting principles, financial analysis, and business operations. While I have not yet gained professional bookkeeping experience, I am an aspiring Bookkeeper who is eager to grow in the accounting field. I am excited to apply my educational background and transferable skills while continuously expanding my knowledge by learning bookkeeping and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and other cloud-based accounting tools. I am a fast learner, highly motivated, and committed to developing my expertise through hands-on experience.
