Providing excellent technical support skills so that the issue will be fixed within the first call. Thinking outside the box and applying critical thinking on every call to discern what steps need to be performed. Beginner to intermediate troubleshooting performed, especially Apple products. As I am part of the tier 2 technical support, we support escalations and manager-to-manager calls.
Provides the customer with the product's features and benefits and what's in it for them if they make a purchase. Persuades them if a certain situation hinders them. Providing after-sales support and warranty extension. Making sure the customer is satisfied with the purchase so that they will not call after 3, 7, and 30 days.
