I'm a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certified specialist with almost 3 years of experience as a QBO and Intuit Online Payroll technical support specialist — helping small business owners, accountants, and payroll admins navigate the software, troubleshoot errors, and understand how to properly record transactions, reconcile accounts, and process payroll.

I want to be upfront: I'm new to doing bookkeeping work independently on a client's live books. My background is in supporting people through QuickBooks — walking customers through transaction entry, bank and card reconciliations, and payroll issues — so I know the software deeply, but I'm building my track record as a hands-on bookkeeper. If you're looking for someone detail-oriented, coachable, and genuinely comfortable in QBO from day one, I'd love the opportunity to prove myself on your books.

What I can help with:
- Entering customer and vendor transactions in QBO
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Basic journal entries (I understand the logic/reasoning behind common entries)
- Transaction categorization and chart of accounts cleanup
- Accounts payable / accounts receivable tracking (I also have my own Google Sheets AP/AR template I can use alongside QBO if helpful)
- Payroll support — familiar with Intuit Online Payroll, currently learning QuickBooks Workforce
- Financial Reports (P&L, Balance Sheet and custom reports)
- Organizing financial documents to support tax prep
