Experience: 5 - 10 years
I was assigned to the data entry section of an insurance company. My job is to entry the members’ personal information into their software, including their beneficiaries and dependents. After encoding all the documents, I stamp each docs as ‘encoded'. I was also assigned to register it through text message by typing their complete name, birthday, age, their membership number then send it to their company number and entry all their information into Google Sheet. In addition, I also handle filing and organizing documents by month and location. Given a quota of 200 member/day to entry.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
I was assigned to the Billing Section, specifically under PhilHealth. My job is to transmit patient's claims through their EasyClaims software, then enter all the details of the patient, the total fee of the hospital bill and professional fee of the assigned doctor. Aside from that, I also entry all the medicines they consumed during their admission until discharge day into their system. But that's not all- I also do filing, scanning, organizing documents by date, and checking all the documents attached is correct before submitting. We are given a quota of 20 patients per day to be transmitted.
Experience: Less than 6 months
Receiving inbound call and assist passengers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, baggage inquiries, rebooking flights and refund. Manages flight disruptions by calling or messaging passengers affected by flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes to rebook flights or process refunds and responding to passenger inquiries and resolving issues through voice calls, text message or email. De-escalating situations with frustrated or irate passengers and coordinating with the team to resolve complex cases.
