Profile Description
Review construction drawings and project documents in general to understand scope, identify requirements, and detect inconsistencies or missing information. Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information) to clarify design and specification issues, and RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to support pricing and procurement from suppliers and subcontractors.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs based on available project documents, ensuring measurements are accurate, organized, and traceable. Provide plan markups to highlight scope coverage, clarify interpretations, and support coordination between project stakeholders.
Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) that structure materials, labor, and work items into clear cost breakdowns for estimating, tendering, and procurement processes. Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues, confirm requirements, and ensure alignment between documentation and construction execution.
